GENERAL RATES
This is only a guideline. We do give discounts for large orders (>10 episodes) and stories without a lot of dialogue, etc. And if you can persuade us to bring it down (with good reasons, of course). Doesn't hurt to ask!

Anime/Drama $75 (for 30 min) / Bulk Discount $70 (for 30 min)
Manga $180 per book
Song $10 per song
Other Medium (song lyrics, short stories, game instructions, articles, recipes etc.)
Ask for a personalized quote...

INFO ON RATES
To determine a rate quote we will look at things like:

Length
Era of story (Samurai words etc.)
Quality and media of submission
Content (sci-fi, medical etc.)
Anything else that determines the difficulty of translating it...
(Please write these things in detail in the comments section of the order form.)

DEADLINES
You can set your own deadline as early as 2 weeks (after we receive your material) for a 30 min anime episode. If our workload won't permit it we may request a later deadline. This will be negotiated in our initial quote emails. We also do rush orders for an additional 20% of our normal fees. So for example, a 30 min episode can be done within a few days of arrival for $90.

MEDIUMS YOU CAN SEND
VHS, DVD, CD, books, manga, softcopy scans via email are most common. LDs are not accepted, but if you have other mediums don't hesitate to ask if we can work on it! Please remember to note if you would like your material sent back to you as well.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Cash is accepted in small quantities. Checks, money orders and payment via paypal is currently accepted. Paypal can instantly and securely send money from your credit card to our email at aya_paypal@hotmail.com. There is no tax. Click on Paypal.com to go to the paypal site.
